What GamerPoint is
GamerPoint is a price comparison and deal discovery service. We do not sell games and we do not process payments β purchases always happen on the destination store, under that store's own terms.
Price accuracy
Prices are scanned continuously, but stores can change them at any moment and regional pricing may differ from what we display. The price shown at the destination store at checkout is always the one that counts β please verify it before buying. GamerPoint provides all information "as is", without warranty of completeness or accuracy.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Store ranking is always by price, never by commission.
Accounts and acceptable use
Member features require a free account. You agree not to abuse the service β for example by scraping it at disruptive volume, attempting to break authentication, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.
Intellectual property
All game titles, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification purposes. The GamerPoint name, design and original content belong to the operator of this site.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GamerPoint is not liable for losses arising from purchase decisions, store availability, or third-party services linked from this site.
